EarthAtlas is a youth-led incubator for the regenerative, nature-based economy. It connects young people with the people, technologies, and ecological solutions already replacing fossil-fuel-based products, materials, and energy.
We investigate, map, and help bring to life viable alternatives in how we build, grow, make, and power our lives. Our mission is not just to imagine a different future. It is to find it, learn from it, and help make it real.
A Living Curriculum for a Regenerative Age
Learning about the environment is no longer enough. In a rapidly changing climate, the next generation needs active stewardship: learning by working with the living systems they are inheriting.
EarthAtlas is a living curriculum, an evolving atlas of people, places, technologies, and ecological solutions. Students don’t just study the future. They help build it. They investigate emerging solutions, document what works, connect with the pioneers behind them, and turn knowledge into action.
EarthAtlas turns learning into participation, and possibility into practice.
What Students Investigate
Through collaborative inquiry, students dig into the science behind the transition:
- The Chemistry of Seaweed and Mycelium: How packaging grown from kelp or mushroom roots can replace petrochemical plastics.
- The Physics of Hempcrete: How carbon-storing building materials deliver strong, fire-resistant performance.
- The Ecology of Regenerative Agriculture: How restorative farming and agroforestry rebuild soil, clean the air, and bring back biodiversity.
From Lab to Living System
Our goal is mainstream adoption. A transparent, youth-verified Solution Library helps move proven ideas from niche innovation to industry standard. Students work directly with innovators, from labs developing mycoremediation for industrial waste to community-owned energy grids, building the collaboration these models need to scale.
